Viene dichiarato un flusso d'aria di 58.3 CFM con una  rumorosità di soli 16dB. Tutte le DDR3 proposte da Corsair dispongono di un buon sistema di raffreddamento che permette alle memorie di essere stabili alle alte frequenze e quindi garantire una lunga durata del prodotto. &lt;span id="intelliTxt"&gt;Corsair vende il kit da 3GB (3x1GB) a circa 300 dollari, mentre il kit da 6GB  (3x2GB) ha un prezzo di circa 580 dollari. Come ben sappiamo, 2 schede video producono un elevata quantità di calore dissipato e per rimediare a questo noto problema, la NVIDIA ha sviluppato un interessante soluzione di dissipazione a liquido proprietaria, in grado di mantenere costante la temperatura delle 2 VGA. Il nuovo Sony Bravia ha, tra le altre cose, anche un sensore di luminosità che gestisce la retroilluminazione della TV in funzione della luminosità adattandosi all'ambiente circostante. Vogliono mantenere in vigore i blocchi ai siti Internet nel Main Press Center e nei luoghi dove i reporter lavoreranno. Con i siti bloccati renderanno difficile ai giornalisti recuperare  informazioni, in particolare sui diritti umani in Cina e sulle storie che metterebbero in cattiva luce il governo. Vista è stato catalogato come un prodotto non aprezzato dai clienti (flop) e che potrebbe costringere Microsoft a ripristinare la sua strategia. Nessuna sorpresa, Microsoft è infelice. La ventola al suo interno dissipa abbastanza bene a patto di  sentire un fastidioso ronzio. La cosa più interessante è che l'unità motrice è direttamente collegata al blocchetto dell'acqua, che raffredda l'unità d'elaborazione centrale. Purtroppo, dalle informazioni fornite al momento non sappiamo tutte le sue caratteristiche tecniche, tuttavia, l'alimentazione del dispositivo è di 450 watt. Questa novità è già stata mostrata al Computex 2007 e il costo           sperimentale del dispositivo sarà di 150$. Per evitare questo, è meglio optare su dissipatori attivi specializzati scartando fin da subito i dissipatori standart della Intel o AMD che sono modelli ultra-economici con sistemi di raffreddamento estremamente scarsi, adatti al massimo per pc da ufficio, che non richiedono processori potenti e veloci. Per stabilire se un disspatore è buono bisogna osservare alcuni aspetti fondamentali: Deve avere una ventola (o due) di grandi dimensioni, che non faccia tanto rumore però, al centro possibilmente dovete trovare un blocco di rame che deve essere messo a contatto con il core, il dissipatore in alluminio deve avere il corpo a lamine (e non essere un blocco con sopra delle rientranze) e per essere proprio al top sarà provvisto di tubicini per il filtraggio del calore. Fin dall'inizio dimostra di non rispettare i canoni di bellezza poligonale, le animazioni e i video sono scadenti e si nota poca esperienza nel lavoro da loro svolto se non per l'immensa trama del gioco. Io, grande fan della serie, sono rimasto scioccato dalla notizia della sua conversione grafica, uno stile 2d/3d poteva andare meglio come in Rise of Nations, invece si è scelta la via peggiore, infatti, la Enseamble non ha molta esperienza in materia e di conseguenza ha utilizzato un motore grafico tridimensionale pesante e poco producente. Le guerre sono ambientate sia nel Vecchio Continente che nel Nuovo Mondo intorno al 1500-1850 d.C. Ci sono tante fazioni nel gioco, ancora aumentate nella nuova espansione, tutte non dimostrano un intelligenza artificiale soddisfacente e seguono degli schemi di battaglia monotoni e prevedibili. Per "originalizzare" AoE è stata introdotta la "Città Madre" e alcune carte da gioco virtuali come in RoN. Chi si aspettava sostanziali modifiche per questo nuovo capitolo verrà profondamente deluso, più che un gioco a se, si potrebbe definire espansione del titolo primogenito. Scegliendo le due Campagne verremo catapultati nelle terre del Nord e dell'Ovest popolate da Elfi e Nani intenti a combattere orde di Goblin e Corsari fino a conquistare l'Oscura Dol Guldur. Questi avvenimenti vennero omessi da Tolkien nel libro "Il Signore degli Anelli" per il semplice fatto che erano battaglie secondarie e di scarsa rilevanza. La EA pur di riciclare il suo precedente titolo ha comprato le licenze dei vari libri tolkeniani e "appiccicato" tanti avvenimenti in modo cronologicamente scorretto (n.d.r). La modalità di gioco "La guerra dell'Anello" è assai scadente e cerca di imitare altri giochi di strategia a turni, lo stesso vale per "Crea un Eroe" dove bisogna creare un nostro alter-ego e mandarlo in battaglia. Il team di sviluppo si è impegnato a migliorare la qualità visiva e le opzioni del gioco, sono state aggiunte le unità navali e le nuove fazioni sono: Goblin, Elfi e Nani. La machinima per le animazioni è abbastanza convincente anche se si potevano impegnare di più aumentando il realismo dei modelli. Ora le unità sono leggermente aumentate di numero mantenendo un motore grafico del primo leggermente modificato. Potremo ora costruire dove più ci aggrada e fortificare le nostre costruzioni con mura e torri difensive. Le missioni dureranno molto poco e non daranno molta soddisfazione come nel primo episodio. Ultimo ma grande difetto è il prezzo, troppo alto per un gioco simile e perciò sconsigliabile l'acquisto a chi vuole vedere tanta violenza e originalità. Chi lo ha affermato sicuramente non ha mai giocato a TRACKMANIA NATIONS ESWC, un eccellente lavoro della Nadeo, famosa per l'indimenticabile TRACKMANIA SUNRISE EXTREME (a pagamento). Non ci sono parole adatte per descriverlo, prima di tutto bisogna creare un profilo di nazionalità e scegliere insieme a ques't ultimo una macchina da Formula 1, poi selezionare la pista e dopo divertirsi tra gironi della morte, acrobazie mozzafiato e velocità sfrenata per battere il vostro ultimo record aggiudicandovi delle medaglie. Si può giocare anche in internet e creare nuovi livelli con il potentissimo editor incluso.
